Today’s Blessing Prayer: Saturday greetings and blessings to everyone! I hope and pray you are navigating through these early Spring, late March Lenten days with faith and a hopefulness for the future.
Once again, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. We entrust ourselves to you, and the Health of the Sick. At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast faith. You, Salvation of All People, know what we need. We are certain that you will provide, so that, as you did at Cana of Galilee, joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform ourselves to the Father’s will and to do what Jesus tells us: He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen. We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing today is that God will bless us all today with hopefulness, patience, compassion and love that will see us through our day as people of faith. May God’s bless us with his merciful and healing presence today and always and may we give God a little time this day. Blessings, peace and please know you are always in my prayers. Peace in Christ's Passion...Fr. Paul

I pray that God will bless us all with the faith and hope of Mary so that our lives too can be a “yes” to God! I also pray that God will bless all mothers today in gratitude for their “yes”! And a special prayer of blessing for all expecting mothers. Blessings on all women for the life they bring to the world! And through the intercession of Mary, I ask for God’s healing to come upon our world at this time of struggle and war. Have a blessed, holy, safe and healthy day everyone and may God’s blessing and Mary’s presence be with you! And please join Pope Francis in prayer at sometime during your day. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Today I offer you a few prayers...
O God of Eternal Love, through the loving “yes” of Mary, your Word, Jesus, took flesh in her womb. We pray today that we who believe in Christ as our Redeemer may share in the gift of his presence in our life. We ask for the grace to say yes each day and thus bring about the birth of your Eternal Word in the world once again. May the living of our life today be our “yes” to your love. We also remember this day all mothers and we ask your blessing through the intercession of Mary upon them. We are grateful for their, “yes” to life and for the way they have blessed us with their presence and their love! Amen! Hail Mary full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed are thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death Amen. Prayer For Peace in Ukraine Recited by Pope Forgive us for the war, Lord. Lord Jesus, son of God, have mercy on us sinners. Lord Jesus, born under the bombs of Kyiv, have mercy on us. Lord Jesus, dead in the arms of a mother in Kharkiv, have mercy on us. Lord Jesus, in the 20-year-olds sent to the frontline, have mercy on us. Lord Jesus, who continues to see hands armed with weapons under the shadow of the cross, forgive us, Lord. Forgive us if, not content with the nails with which we pierced your hand, we continue to drink from the blood of the dead torn apart by weapons. Forgive us if these hands that you had created to protect have been turned into instruments of death. Forgive us, Lord, if we continue to kill our brother. Forgive us, Lord, if we continue to kill our brother, if we continue like Cain to take the stones from our field to kill Abel. Forgive us if we go out of our way to justify cruelty, if, in our pain, we legitimize the cruelty of our actions. Forgive us the war, Lord. Lord Jesus Christ, son of God, we implore you to stop the hand of Cain, enlighten our conscience, let not our will be done, do not abandon us to our own doing. Stop us, Lord, stop us, and when you have stopped the hand of Cain, take care of him also. He is our brother. O Lord, stop the violence. Stop us, Lord. Amen. That God will bless us with a joy for life, for other people and for ourselves. And that whatever we do, wherever we go, whoever we meet will be touched by the joy and mercy of God that we bring! Have a blessed and holy Tuesday everyone. Peace in Christ’s Passion...Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Loving God, enliven in us your gifts of mercy, compassion and forgiveness.
