Today’s Blessing Prayer: Monday greetings and blessings to all! I hope you are navigating through these unusual days with a sense of hopefulness!
Once again as we journey through this Easter Season, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. We entrust ourselves to you, and the Health of the Sick. At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast faith. You, Salvation of All People, know what we need. We are certain that you will provide, so that, as you did at Cana of Galilee, joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform ourselves to the Father’s will and to do what Jesus tells us: He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen. We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing for all of us today is that we may have a great Monday filled with many blessings and graced with many moments that put a smile on our face. May we have the energy and enthusiasm to embrace whatever this day will be and bring our way. May you find throughout this day the richness of God’s love and mercy and the grace to have patience and hope as we make our journey of faith through this life. Please know that you are in my prayers today and always! Peace in Christ’s Passion and Hope in the Risen Lord…Fr. Paul

Today’s Prayer: O God, let us draw upon the inspiration of St. Mark today, who proclaimed the Good News through his preaching and writing. May we be people of faith who remind the world of the Good News today by our own words and actions. May we keep Jesus’ story alive through the living of our own lives. Give us the strength to proclaim your mercy, your love, your hope and your presence to the world we encounter today. Help us to find your presence, your image and likeness within ourselves. Help us to be your grace to a struggling world today and always. Amen!

Peace in Christ's Passion - Joy in the Risen Lord...Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: God the Father, bless us: Christ, guard us: Holy Spirit, enlighten us, all the days of our lives. Loving God, be the defender and guardian of our souls and bodies, world without end. The right hand of the Lord preserves us always to old age! The grace of Christ perpetually defends us from all enemies! Direct, Lord, our hearts into the way of peace. Loving God, deliver and help us always. Amen! Paul Today’s Prayer: Soul of Christ, sanctify us. Body of Christ, save us. Blood of Christ, inebriate us. Water from the side of Christ, wash us. Passion of Christ, strengthen us. O good Jesus, hear us. Within your wounds, hide us. Never let us be separated from you. From the malignant enemy, defend us. At the hour of death, call us; and bid us come to you. That with the saints we may praise you forever and ever. Amen (Adapted from the prayer Anima Christi)

May we be touch by the newness of life as we make our way through this Easter time and may we honor the gift of life by living this day to the fullest as best we can. Peace in Christ's Passion and the Risen Lord...Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Be with us today O God, be with us as we wake, be with us as we watch and live this day, be with us if we weep and morn, give your angels and saints charge over us when we sleep. Tend to us, O Lord, if we are sick today, help us if we are weary to find rest today, journey with us through the last steps of life today if you are calling us. Comfort us if we are suffering today, give compassion to us if we are afflicted today and celebrate with us as we live today in your joy. We ask all of this in the grace of your love and live this day for the sake of your love for us! Amen (Adapted from a prayer by St. Augustine of Hippo)
