Today’s Blessing Prayer: Wednesday greetings and blessing to all. I hope you are continuing to navigate through these unusual and at times difficult days with faith and a hopefulness for the future.
Once again as we journey through this uncertain time, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. We entrust ourselves to you, and the Health of the Sick. At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast faith. You, Salvation of All People, know what we need. We are certain that you will provide, so that, as you did at Cana of Galilee, joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform ourselves to the Father’s will and to do what Jesus tells us: He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen. We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing for all of us today is that this day will be rich in God’s gifts of love, hope and peace. That if we encounter anger, violence and negativity it will be short lived because we are blessed with loving, caring people in our life. I pray that we will be open to the many ways that God will touch our life today especially through scripture and prayer and that we will trust in the gift of God that we are and that we will bring this gift to every person we encounter, to every place we go and to every experience we have. May God bless us and be with us today and always. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul

Today’s Prayer:
O Loving God, show your mercy to us And gladden our hearts today. We are like the man on the way to Jericho Who was overtaken by robbers, Wounded and left for dead. O Good Samaritan, Come to our aid. We are like the sheep that went astray O Good Shepherd, Seek us out and bring us home In accord with your will Let us dwell in your house All the days of our life And praise you for ever and ever With those who are there. Amen. (Adapted from the Prayer of Saint Jerome for Christ’s Mercy) Today’s Blessing Prayer: Tuesday blessings and greeting and happy feast of the archangels, Michael, Gabriel and Raphael! (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing today is to ask St. Michael, St. Gabriel and St. Raphael, the three archangels whom we celebrate today to protect, guide and help us as we journey through this day and life. May they bring God’s grace, joy and love into our life and energize us with strength, goodness and love that we might share with whomever we encounter today. May St. Michael make our journeys and our day safe, may St. Gabriel bring us God’s Good News throughout the day and may St. Raphael bring God’s healing love to our hurts, struggles and negative encounters this day! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer:
Loving God, you have given us archangels to assist us during our pilgrimage on earth. Saint Michael is our protector; so, we ask him to come to our aid, to watch over all our loved ones, and to protect all of us from danger. Saint Gabriel is a messenger of the Good News; so, we ask him to help us to clearly hear your voice, to teach us your truth and to help us find the joy of your Word! Saint Raphael is the healing angel; so, we ask him to take to you all our prayers for healing, lifting all in need of healing into your presence so that through your mercy, love and grace they may be delivered back to us through your gift of healing. Help us, O God, to realize more fully the gift of Michael, Gabriel and Raphael and their desire to serve us. Archangels, protect, guide and help us through this journey of life. Amen. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Loving God, you have brought us to the light of a new day: keep us safe today and help us to overcome any sinful inclination. May all our thoughts, words and actions aim at doing what is pleasing in your sight even if we must face the struggles and disappointments of life like Job. Help us this day to live in the present moment and to look beyond ourselves to those in need and who bring your presence into our life. Amen!

If we are struggling with our faith may we find the strength to trust in the presence of God in our life. Blessings today upon all we do, upon everyone we meet and most importantly upon each one of us. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Lord, remember in our regard your ancient mercies, not the sins of our youth and weakness. Enable us to be just as forgiving towards one another, that we can be your instruments in extending your kingdom of love and fidelity. We pray this through Christ our Lord. Amen!
