Today’s Blessing Prayer: Sunday greetings and blessings to all and happy Second Sunday of Advent. I find myself getting ready to head to the parish of St. John and St. Mary in Chappaqua, NY to celebrate the noon mass. I hope your Sunday is starting off well.
It looks to be another clear but cold day here in New York. So far, we are avoiding the bad weather that seems to be hitting parts of the country these days. However, I believe we are in for some ugly weather at some point during this new week. I hope you are surviving these December days! May God’s blessings be upon our journeys, our family time, our projects, our TV watching, and our encounters with others today and may we find hope and peace in our living of life today. May the Prince of Peace find within us the desire for love, respect, hope, joy and peace and bless us with these gifts today and always. Have a Great Second Sunday of Advent and don’t forget to give God a little time today. Peace in Christ's Passion...Fr. Paul
