Today’s Blessing Prayer: Monday greetings and blessings to everyone! I hope you are navigating through these May Easter Season days with faith and hopefulness for the future.
As we begin our Monday, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. We entrust ourselves to you, and the Health of the Sick. At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast faith. You, Salvation of All People, know what we need. We are certain that you will provide, so that, as you did at Cana of Galilee, joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform ourselves to the Father’s will and to do what Jesus tells us: He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen. We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing today is that our Monday, our week will be blessed with many wonderful and life-giving experiences. If we can take sometime today to smell the flowers, to enjoy the colors of creation and to let ourselves be loved! May God bless our journey through this day with his grace and presence in whatever we do, in whatever or whomever we encounter and in the living of this day. Peace in Christ’s Passion and Hope in the Risen Lord…Fr. Paul

Today’s Prayer: Come, O Holy Spirit of Life and help us in our weaknesses, in our troubles and in our struggles. We do not always know how to pray as we should, so we ask you to intercede for us. Grace our prayers with your groanings too deep for words and set our hearts on fire with your love. Help us to be re-created in your love so that we might renew your hope throughout the face of the earth this day and always. Amen!
Today’s Blessing Prayer: Sunday greetings and blessings to all and happy Mother’s Day to all mothers! I hope your Sunday and Mother’s Day is starting off well. And I hope you are navigating through these May Easter Season days with faith and a hopefulness for the future!
As we begin our Sunday, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. Amen. We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) Let me wish a happy Mother’s Day to all mothers and remember in a special way all mothers who have passed away, especially my own mother. Mothers touch our lives throughout the years whether they are with us physically or in spirit. I would also like to remember all expectant mothers in a special way, as they prepare and wait for new life. I hope all will have a blessed, holy, and joyous day and that all will get the chance to honor our mother and all the mothers who have touched our lives in some unique way. Being a priest, I am blessed today to honor and remember my own mother in a special way as I celebrated mass, and I will remember all mothers in my celebration of Eucharist today. My prayer of blessing today is that we will have a blessed and holy Mother’s Day and Sunday. That we will be touched by the presence of God in a special way. May all our encounters with others and our time alone today be rich in the joy of God grace and love. May God’s blessing be upon all mothers especially those who are expecting, and may we celebrate the gifts that all mothers offer us and touch our lives with today in a special way. May God bless this day, and may it be a day of blessings that will help us to encounter the joy of life, especially the joy mothers bring into our lives! Remember to give God a little time today! Peace in Christ’s Passion and Joy in the Risen and Ascended Lord…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Lord, grant that I may always allow myself to be guided by you, always follow your plans, and perfectly accomplish your holy will. Grant that in all things, great and small, today and all the days of my life, I may do whatever you require of me. Help me respond to the slightest prompting of your grace, so that I may be your trustworthy instrument for your honor. May your will be done in time and eternity by me, in me, and through me. Amen! (Prayer by St. Teresa of Avila)
Mother’s Day Prayer: We thank you, God, Creator of us all, for all mothers. We thank you that mothers gave us the gift of life and have nurtured us through years. They gave us our faith, helping us to know you and to know Jesus and his ways. They taught us how to love and how to sacrifice for others. They taught us that it was okay to cry and that we should always tell the truth. Bless all mothers this day and always, with the graces they need and the grace you know they need to journey through life. Help all mothers to feel precious in your eyes today and always and help them to know that we love them. Give all mothers strength and courage, compassion, peace, and your love. We also remember those who have passed from our presence and now rest with you in eternal life. May their spirits continue to guide, protect, and love us as we make this journey through life without their physical presence. May we always sense their spirits among us! Bless all mothers this day and always with your love. Amen.
