A Runner’s Thoughts: I was struck by the reading at morning prayer today, so I offer it to you as a little inspiration to help us on the journey of life – From St. Paul’s Letter to the Romans… “Every one of us will have to give an account of [ourselves] before God. Therefore, we must no longer pass judgment on one another. Instead [we] should resolve to put no stumbling block or hinderance in [our] brother [or sister’s] way. The kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of justice, peace, and the joy that is given by the Holy Spirit. Whoever serves Christ in this way pleases God and wins the esteem of [people]. Let us, then, make it our aim to work for peace and to strengthen one another. (Rom. 14:12-13, 17-19)
