Today’s Blessing Prayer: Monday greetings and blessings to all! I hope you are continuing to navigate through these mid-September days with faith and a hopefulness for the future.
Once again, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. We entrust ourselves to you, and the Health of the Sick. At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast faith. You, Salvation of All People, know what we need. We are certain that you will provide, so that, as you did at Cana of Galilee, joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform ourselves to the Father’s will and to do what Jesus tells us: He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen. We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing for all of us today is that as we journey through our day may it be a good journey. May we live by faith and trust in the gift that we are. May we place our gift, our light, on a stand in the middle of the room so that it will give light to the whole house, to everywhere we go and to everyone we meet. Blessings today upon all we do, upon everyone we meet and most importantly upon each one of us! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul

Today’s Prayer: O Lord our God, grant us grace to desire you with a whole heart, so that desiring you we may seek you with a whole heart and find you; and so finding you, may love you, and loving you may hate those sins which separate us from you, for the sake of Jesus Christ. Amen (St. Anselm of Canterbury)

Paul Today’s Prayer: O God, help us to bring our worldly concerns under control, so that they never turn our minds from the higher things. Help us have earthly things for our use but not as objects of our desires. May there be nothing to hold back the desire of our minds; and do not let the delights of this world ensnare us. Amen (Prayer by St. Gregory the Great)

Have a great Saturday and don’t forget to give a little time to God this weekend. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer:
O God, seek us, O God, find us In your patient care; Be your love before, behind us, Be around us, everywhere: Lest the gods of this world blind us, Lest they speak us fair, Lest they forge a chain to bind us, Lest they bait a snare, Turn not from us, call to mind us, Find, embrace us, bear; Be your love before, behind us, Be around us, everywhere. Amen! (Adapted from a prayer by Christina Rossetti) Today’s Blessing Prayer: Friday greetings and blessing to all. I would ask your prayers today as it is a Sunday Mass Taping Day. Yes, we are back at it after two months off. So, please keep all who will be involved in today taping day in your prayer. Thanks in advance! Once again, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) For all of us I offer a prayer of blessing as this morning begins and as our journey through this day starts. May whatever kind of roads we take today be smooth and not crowded for our journeys, may the wind be gentle and always helping us along, may the sun shine warm upon our face helping us to smile, and if it rains may it fall gently upon us as we journey and, until the sun rises again tomorrow, may God hold us and all whom we love in the palm of His hand so nothing will harm us. Amen! Have a great Friday everyone. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Loving God help us to be grateful today. Help us to recognize your love in everything you have given us, because we know, we believe that you have has given us everything. Every breath we draw is a gift of your love, every moment of existence is a grace, because it brings with it immense graces from you.
Gracious God, in gratitude we must never take anything for granted. We must never be unresponsive to your love. We must constantly be awakening to new wonder and giving praise for your awesome goodness. We want to be grateful people because we know that a grateful person knows that God is good, not by hearsay but by experience. And this is what makes all the difference. Amen! (Adapted from words by Thomas Merton) Today’s Blessing Prayer: Thursday greetings and blessings to everyone! (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) Blessings upon all my Jewish sisters and brothers today as they gather on their most holy of days, Yom Kippur, Day of Atonement. May they truly be blessed during this most sacred time! My prayer for all of us today is that God will touch our day whether it is a busy one or not with many blessings. May God bless our work, our travels, our meetings, the people we will encounter, the people we love and us with the grace to find hope, joy and love in life this day. Please know as you live life today you are in my prayers! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Loving God, sometimes we look in the mirror we are not too happy with what I see. We see imperfection, self-centeredness and ego. Please help us to see the person you created in your own image and likeness, a person of beauty, compassion and love. Help us to hold this image in our mind and heart as we live the journey of life in our own unique way. Allow others to see your image within us as we live with confidence, grace and a smile on our face. Amen.
