Today’s Blessing Prayer: Saturday greetings and blessings to all. I hope you are navigating through this last day of September with faith and hopefulness for the future.
As we begin this last day of September, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. We entrust ourselves to you, and the Health of the Sick. At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast faith. You, Salvation of All People, know what we need. We are certain that you will provide, so that, as you did at Cana of Galilee, joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform ourselves to the Father’s will and to do what Jesus tells us: He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen. We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing for all of us today is that God will bless all our endeavors, our encounters, our times of solitude, our moments of busyness and our times of rest today. May this day be what we need it to be. May it be a gift from God that enables us to find the present of God in our life, especially within ourselves. Have a blessed, holy, and safe Saturday and don’t forget to give a little time to God this weekend. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul

Today’s Prayer: Loving Jesus, the love that gives love. You are higher than the highest star; you are deeper than the deepest sea; you cherish us as your own family; you embrace us as your own spouse; you lead us as your own citizens; you welcome us as your own dearest friends. Let us and all the world praise you today and always! Amen. (Adapted from a prayer by St. Hildegard of Bingen)
Today’s Blessing Prayer: Friday blessings and greetings and happy feast of the archangels, Michael, Gabriel and Raphael! I hope you are navigating through these last days of September with faith and hopefulness for the future.

(Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing today is to ask St. Michael, St. Gabriel and St. Raphael, the three archangels whom we celebrate today to protect, guide and help us as we journey through this day and life. May they bring God’s grace, joy and love into our life and energize us with strength, goodness and love that we might share with whomever we encounter today. May St. Michael make our journeys and our day safe; may St. Gabriel bring us God’s Good News throughout the day and may St. Raphael bring God’s healing love to our hurts, struggles and negative encounters this day! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer:
Loving God, you have given us archangels to assist us during our pilgrimage on earth. Saint Michael is our protector; so, we ask him to come to our aid, to watch over all our loved ones, and to protect all of us from danger. Saint Gabriel is a messenger of the Good News; so, we ask him to help us to clearly hear your voice, to teach us your truth and to help us find the joy of your Word! Saint Raphael is the healing angel; so, we ask him to take to you all our prayers for healing, lifting all in need of healing into your presence so that through your mercy, love and grace they may be delivered back to us through your gift of healing. Help us, O God, to realize more fully the gift of Michael, Gabriel and Raphael and their desire to serve us. Archangels, protect, guide and help us through this journey of life. Amen. Today’s Blessing Prayer: Thursday blessings and greetings to all. I hope you are navigating through these late September days with faith and hopefulness for the future.

(Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing today is adapted from the Irish tradition - May God bless all of us today so that the road rises up to meet us and makes our journeys swift and easy. May the wind be always at our back to aid us on our way. May the sun shine warm upon our face. And if the rain does have to fall may it be soft upon the land and upon us. And may we be truly blessed by God holding us in the palm of his hand throughout this day and always! Have a great day everyone. May it truly be blessed with many wonderful experiences, many gifted and loving people and the energy that a new day can bring. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Grant, O God, that we may never fall away in success or in failure; that we may not be prideful in prosperity nor dejected in adversity. Let us rejoice only in what unites us and sorrow only in what separates us. May we strive to please no one or fear to displease anyone except you, our God. May we see always the things that are eternal and never those that are only temporal. May we shun any joy that is without you and never seek any that is beside you. Loving God, may we delight in any work we do for you and tire of any rest that is apart from you. Gracious God let us direct our hearts towards you, and in our failings, let us always seek forgiveness with the firm purpose of being better people. Amen! Loving God, Let nothing disturb us today, Let nothing frighten us today, Let nothing hold us back today, Help us to know that all things are passing away: But that God never changes, And that patience obtains all things. Help us to trust that whoever has God lacks nothing; Because God alone suffices. May we live, work, laugh, cry, play and be in God today. Amen (Adapted from Teresa of Ávila) Today’s Blessing Prayer: Tuesday greetings and blessings to all! I hope you are navigating through these September days with faith and hopefulness for the future.

May we find the road today flat, smooth and easy to travel. May we find the gift and grace of God in everyone we meet and in everything we do. Most importantly may we find the gift of God within ourselves as we live life today! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer:
Loving God, we pause for a moment and ask you hear and accept our prayers of praise for you today… Be praised, loving God, through all your creatures, especially through my Brother Sun, who brings the day; and you give light through him. And Brother Sun is beautiful and radiant in all his splendor! Of you, Most High, he bears the likeness. Be praised, loving God, through Sister Moon and the stars; in the heavens you have made them, precious and beautiful. Be praised, loving God, through Brothers Wind and Air, and clouds and storms, and all the weather, through which you give your creatures sustenance. Be praised, loving God, through Sister Water; she is very useful, and humble, and precious, and pure. Be praised, loving God, through Brother Fire, through whom you brighten the night. He is beautiful and cheerful, and powerful and strong. Be praised, loving God, through our sister Mother Earth, who feeds us and rules us, and produces various fruits with colored flowers and herbs. Be praised, loving God, through those who forgive for love of you; through those who endure sickness and trial. Happy those who endure in peace, for they will be crowned; happy are we today for in hearing your word you call us all to be sisters and brothers in you. Amen!
