Today’s Blessing Prayer: Sunday greetings and blessings to all! I hope this find you well and having a good beginning to your Sunday. It will be a quiet Sunday for me, and I have to admit I am grateful for it. I had mass yesterday afternoon at the Wartburg Home, but I have nothing today. It will be a quiet day at home – Thanks be to God!

My prayer of blessing today is that we will be blessed with the spirit of faith to help us on this journey of life. May we be blessed with the spirit of hope to get us through the rough times. May we be blessed with the spirit of love to remind us in whose image and likeness we are created, how special we are and that we are never alone. As we journey through this day may we know that God is with us always and will never leave us to face our struggles alone! Happy Sunday everyone and remember to give God a little time today! Today’s Prayer: O God, you love us not in some aloof, impersonal way, but with the cherishing love a good mother pours out on her children; with the adoring love a good father delights to give the children in his life. With the disciplining love good parents give their children; with the protecting love shepherds shower on their lambs. Your love for us now is gift-love, faithful, committed, unchanging, inextinguishable. Grant us the grace to believe, to follow, to choose, to experience this love even when it is difficult, even when it doesn’t make sense, even when everyone else says differently. Grant us the hope of your eternal love so that we can keep our hands on the plow always look ahead. Amen!

​Today’s Blessing Prayer: Saturday greetings and blessings to all and happy Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul! I hope your day is beginning well.   If you are travel today may you travel safely. It is a sunny and warm morning here in the New York area however they say rain is on the way later today. We have had a number of days without it, so I guess we are due.
 
My prayer of blessing today rests in the spirits of the saints we honor, St. Peter and St. Paul. I pray that the spirits of St. Peter and St. Paul may be with all of you today. May you be blessed with the spirit of faith to help you on this journey of life. May you be blessed with the spirit of hope to get you through the rough times. May you be blessed with the spirit of love to remind you in whose image and likeness you are created in, how special you are and that you are never alone. May you be blessed with the spirit of strength to not be afraid to proclaim the Good News and to not be afraid to make a mistake. ​Today’s Prayer: O God, source of every good gift and sure foundation of our life together as Church, today we honor and celebrate Saints Peter and Paul, grace us with a share in their zeal for preaching and living the gospel. Strengthen our faith to be witnesses, even unto staking our lives on your promises. We offer this prayer today and always through our one Lord, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God for ever and ever. Amen.

Today’s Blessing Prayer: Friday greetings and blessings to all. We are to have a sunny and very warm Friday here in the New York area. I hope you are encountering the sun today but that the air is a little cooler by you.

I arrived safely home yesterday afternoon. I would like to thank all who offered a prayer or two for safe travel. It was a very good preaching conference but it is also nice to be home! I will be home for a couple of weeks now before hitting the road again. I hope these early summer days are being kind and life-giving to you.
 
I hope your Friday has started off well wherever you are and in whatever you are doing. The official start to the weekend is not far away so I pray that God will bless these Friday hours so that they will go quickly and bring us into the gift of another weekend. I pray that we and those we love will be blessed by God’s Love as we celebrated it in the image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus today. If we are traveling let us be safe, if we are busy working let us be safe. Most of all may we be blessed with a Friday we can enjoy, and may it be filled with interesting people, wonderful experiences, fun, joy, faith, hope, mercy and the presence of God! ​Today’s Prayer: We come to you Jesus on the Solemnity of your most Sacred Heart, for you are our refuge and our hope. You are the strength that keeps us going through all that is wrong in our lives, the forgiveness for all our faults and failings, the comfort for all our struggles, the peace for all our anxieties, the enhancement for all our imperfections, and the hope in all our prayers.
 
You are the only one who never wearies of us and who offers us grace in the midst of our faults, because you love us so much with an infinite love. You are the one always in search of us especially when we follow a different path.
 
So, we ask you, loving Jesus, to have mercy on us and do with us, and be for us, and be within us, whatever you want. We give our hearts to you, hoping that the gift of love that flows from your most Sacred Heart will never leave us to face the struggles and difficulties of life alone.  Amen.

Today’s Blessing Prayer: Thursday greetings and blessings to everyone! I hope your day has started off well. It looks to be a nice day here this morning weather wise here in Clearfield, PA, I hope the same is true where you are. I will be hitting the road in a few minutes to continue my journey home. The preaching conference ended nicely yesterday around 12:30 pm and I was on the road by about 1:00 pm. I have about 300 more mile to go. Please say a little prayer for safe travel today.
 
My prayer of blessing today is that God will bless us with a wonderful day. May all our endeavors be rich in the presence, grace, love, joy, mercy and hope of God. May God bless us with a joyful, hopeful presence and may we share it with all whom we meet today! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul

​Today’s Blessing Prayer: Wednesday greetings and blessings to all! I hope that your Wednesday has started off well and that this midpoint of the week will be kind to you.
 
The preaching conference ends today around noon and I will be hitting the road heading back to New York. Not sure I will do the whole trip today as I probably will not get started until about 1:00 pm. But I will do most of the trip and finish it up on Thursday. I hope your first week od summer is going well and life-giving!
