Today’s Blessing Prayer: Sunday greetings and blessings to all! I hope you are continuing to navigate through these unusual and at times difficult days with faith and a hopefulness for the future.
Once again as we journey through this uncertain time, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. We entrust ourselves to you, and the Health of the Sick. At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast faith. You, Salvation of All People, know what we need. We are certain that you will provide, so that, as you did at Cana of Galilee, joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform ourselves to the Father’s will and to do what Jesus tells us: He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen. We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing today is that whatever we do this day relax, watching football, working, traveling, begin to get ready for the holiday season ahead or just be, I pray that God’s blessing will be upon our Sunday filling it with the richness of joy, hope and the goodness of God’s presence. May the presence of God bring joy to our heart today! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul

Today’s Prayer: Gracious God, we humbly thank you for all your gifts so freely bestowed on us, for life and health and safety, for freedom to work and leisure to rest, and for all that is beautiful in creation and in human life. But, above all, we thank you for our Savior, Jesus Christ, for his death and resurrection, for the gift of your Spirit, and for the hope of glory. Fill our hearts with joy and peace in believing, trusting and love. Amen.

Deep peace of the flowing air to all of us. Deep peace of the quiet earth to all of us. Deep peace of the shining stars to all of us. Deep peace of the Son of Peace to all of us.” Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: O God, strengthen us with the grace of your Holy Spirit and give your peace to our souls that we may be free from all needless anxiety, solicitude, and worry. Help us to desire always what is pleasing and acceptable to you so that your will may be our will. Amen (Adapted from a prayer by St. Frances Xavier Cabrini)

(Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing for all us today is – Loving God, giver of all good gifts, bless us today with hearts that love you, so that by deepening our sense of respect and reverence for you we may nurture within ourselves and others only what is good. Bless us with your watchful care throughout this day so that wherever we go and whatever we do it will be for you. Bring us home safe to those we love that we might celebrate the gift of family, of friendship, of community, of your love so that our sleep will be restful, and we will be energized to welcome you tomorrow! Blessings upon everyone as you journey through this day! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: O Lord, your word is as firm as the heavens, keep us always united that firmly to you. Then we will experience how blessed are those whose help comes from you. Where we are blind, you will enable us to see. May your kingdom always extend over us, your kingdom of strength and sweetness. Amen! (Adapted from a prayer by Fr. Carroll Stuhlmueller, C.P.)
Today’s Blessing Prayer: Wednesday greetings and blessings to all. I hope you are continuing to navigate through these unusual and at times difficult days with faith and a hopefulness for the future. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) I would like to send a shout out to my sister, Bernadette and my brother-in-law, John as celebrate their 48th Wedding Anniversary today! Happy Anniversary! Many blessings today and always. Hopefully, you will take some time and celebrate today. As we celebrate this Veteran’s Day, I ask God to bless us all today with a sense of reverence for life and the presence of God. There were many women and men who served our country by giving their life and we ask God to hold them today and always in his eternal hands. Countless others served yet returned home with shattered lives and we ask God’s mercy and healing for them. Finally, we ask God to help us to learn to live Isaiah’s word and beat our swords, guns, bombs into plowshares and our spears and other instruments of violence into pruning hooks, saws, drills, presses; that one nation shall not raise the instruments of violence against another, nor shall we train for war again. I would like to remember especially my father and uncle Joe who both served during World War II. My blessing prayer today is this – Loving God bless us with your peace so that the struggles, the difficulties and the challenges of this day do not get us down but help us to know of your presence and love in our life! Loving God renew our spirits so that we may live this day in your service, in your presence and in your love. Help us to always be thankful for all that you have done for us. Amen! Blessings throughout your Wednesday everyone. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Loving God, grants us peace, goodness; and blessing, life grace and kindness; justice and mercy. Father bless us all together with the light of your presence, for in the light of your presence you give us truth and life, love and kindness, justice and mercy, blessing and peace. And in your eyes, it is good to bless your people with great strength and peace. Blessed are you, O God, who blesses your people with peace. Amen (Adapted from a Traditional Jewish Prayer)
