Today’s Blessing Prayer: Tuesday greetings and blessings to everyone! I hope you are continuing to navigate through these chilly November Fall days with faith and a hopefulness for the future.
Once again, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. We entrust ourselves to you, and the Health of the Sick. At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast faith. You, Salvation of All People, know what we need. We are certain that you will provide, so that, as you did at Cana of Galilee, joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform ourselves to the Father’s will and to do what Jesus tells us: He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen. We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) So, amid whatever this day will bring let us go forward into this new day whether it has started off well or not by asking for God's blessing on all that we will do and upon all whom we meet but also let's ask God's blessing upon us that like Zacchaeus we will not miss the gift of God in our life today! Loving God, bless our families, our friends and all your faithful people so that we, like Zacchaeus will always try to live your truth; express your love by our lives; share your passion by our enthusiasm; take action with your grace; walk by faith; dance and sing to the gift of your spirit and embrace your unimaginable blessings. Help us make today worth remembering because we know that you created us out of love. God's blessings on your day everyone! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul

Today’s Prayer:
Welcome, welcome, welcome. I welcome everything that comes to me today because I know it’s for my healing. I welcome all thoughts, feelings, emotions, persons, situations, and conditions. I let go of my desires for power and control. I let go of my desire for affection, esteem, approval, and pleasure. I let go of my desire for survival and security. I let go of my desire to change any situation, condition, person, or myself. I open to the love and presence of God and God’s action within. Amen (Welcoming Prayer by Mary Mrozowski) Today’s Blessing Prayer: Monday greetings and blessings to everyone! (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) My prayer of blessing for everyone today is that God will bless us with the grace of a love, of the gift of sight so that we might let go of the demons of terrorism, hate, racism, anger, bigotry and vengeance so that we might see all people as God’s gifts and have a faith that not only saves us but that brings peace to our life and the life of the world! Have a wonderful day and many blessings to see and love today and always! Peace in Christ's Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: God of Great Mystery, Giver of all good gifts, enliven our hearts with that first love of you, so that we might see all that is good in our world, in one another and in ourselves. Deepen our sense of reverence for you and for all of life. Nurture in us what is good and grace us in your ever-loving care this day and always! Amen!

Today’s Blessing Prayer: Friday greetings and blessing to all. I hope you are continuing to navigate through these November and Fall days with faith and a hopefulness for the future.

(Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) I would like to send a shout out to my sister, Bernadette and my brother-in-law, John as celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary today! Happy Anniversary! Many blessings today and always. I look forward to celebrating with you towards the end of the month, but I hope you will take some time and celebrate a little today. As we celebrate this Veteran’s Day, I ask God to bless us all today with a sense of reverence for life and the presence of God. There were many women and men who served our country by giving their life and we ask God to hold them today and always in his eternal hands. Countless others served yet returned home with shattered lives and we ask God’s mercy and healing for them. Finally, we ask God to help us to learn to live Isaiah’s words and beat our swords, guns, bombs into plowshares and our spears and other instruments of violence into pruning hooks, saws, drills, presses; that one nation shall not raise the instruments of violence against another, nor shall we train for war again. I would like to remember especially my father and Uncle Joe who both served during World War II. For my blessing prayer today, I am going to use an old Irish Blessing and it is my prayer for all of us today – “Deep peace of the running wave to all of us. Deep peace of the flowing air to all of us. Deep peace of the quiet earth to all of us. Deep peace of the shining stars to all of us. Deep peace of the Son of Peace to all of us.” Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Father, the one who knew no sin was made sin for us, to save us and restore us to your friendship. Look upon our contrite heart and afflicted spirit and heal our troubled conscience, so that in the joy and strength of the Holy Spirit we may proclaim your praise and glory before all the nations. Amen. (Adapted from the Psalm Prayer for Friday Week IV Prayer of Christians)
