Today’s Blessing Prayer: Monday greetings and blessings to all! I hope and pray you are continuing to navigate through these February days with faith and hopefulness for the future.
Once again, I offer you Pope Francis’ Prayer… O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. We entrust ourselves to you, and the Health of the Sick. At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast faith. You, Salvation of All People, know what we need. We are certain that you will provide, so that, as you did at Cana of Galilee, joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform ourselves to the Father’s will and to do what Jesus tells us: He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen. We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Prayer Composed by Pope Francis) As I begin this new day with a busy week ahead my prayer of blessing for us all is that our day will be rich in what matters to God. That every encounter, every journey, every experience, every meeting, every task and every person we meet will be blessed with God’s presence. I pray that we will have moments of peace that will help us to hear, feel and know the presence of God is with and within us. If you are traveling today, travel safe. No matter what your day will bring smile often and know that you are a gift today and always! May you have many blessings throughout the day. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul

Paul Today’s Prayer: O God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your Son cared for the welfare of every person and went about doing good for all. Grant us the imagination and the resolution to create throughout the world a just and hopeful world for the human family. Make us agents of your compassion and mercy to the suffering, the persecuted and the oppressed. We pray this through the Spirit of your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen. Have a holy and blessed Saturday everyone and may St. Bernadette and Our Lady of Lourdes bring healing and peace to places of our lives that need them. Peace in Christ's Passion...Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: O Ever-Immaculate Virgin, Mother of Mercy,
health of the sick, refuge of sinners, comforter of the afflicted, you know my wants, my troubles, my sufferings; look with mercy on me. By appearing in the Grotto of Lourdes, you were pleased to make it a privileged sanctuary, where you dispense your favors; and already many sufferers have obtained the cure of their infirmities, both spiritual and corporal. I come, therefore, with complete confidence to implore your maternal intercession. Obtain, O loving Mother, the grant of my requests. (mention your petition) Through gratitude for your favors, I will endeavor to imitate your virtues, that I may one day share your glory. Amen. (Our Lady of Lourdes Prayer for healing) Today’s Blessing Prayer: Friday greetings and blessings to all. Dear God, I am so afraid to open my clenched fists! Who will I be when I have nothing left to hold on to? Who will I be when I stand before you with empty hands? Please help me to gradually open my hands and to discover that I am not what I own, but what you want to give me.” (Henri J.M. Nouwen) |
