Today’s Blessing Prayer: Wednesday greetings and blessings to all. I hope your day is starting off well.
I would ask you to continue to keep the Synod on the Amazon going on in Rome these days in your prayers. May God’s Spirit be with all seeking a direction for the people of the Amazon. My prayer of blessing today is that God’s blessings will be with us today and always. May the richness of who we are as people of faith created in the image and likeness of God touch the lives of all we meet. May we bring God’s presence to every experience and each moment of this day. May the part of world we journey through today be a better place because of us today. And at the end of the day may we smile with the tired satisfaction that in some small way because of us today was a good day! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul

Today’s Prayer: Christ has no body but ours, no hands, no feet on earth but ours, ours are the eyes with which he looks compassion on this world, ours are the feet with which he walks to do good, ours are the hands, with which he blesses all the world.
Ours are the hands, ours are the feet, ours are the eyes, we are his body. Christ has no body now but ours, no hands, no feet on earth but ours, ours are the eyes with which he looks compassion on this world. Christ has no body now on earth but ours. (Adapted from a prayer by St. Teresa of Avila) Today’s Blessing Prayer:
Tuesday greetings and blessings to all. I hope your day is starting off well. It is the feast of St. Teresa of Avila today so may her wisdom, understanding, faith and love guide and direct our day. Let us continue to pray for the Synod on the Amazon taking place in Rome these days. May the grace of God’s Holy Spirit be with all who are participating so that they will be a bridge for the Church into the future not a roadblock. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you as you wander through this day and I pray that God will bless you with all that you need to make it through this day. And so, I pray – May we be blessed with the grace and presence of God today. May the grace and presence of God be with us, in front of us, behind us, on our right and on our left, above our head, under our feet and in our heart. May everything, we do today be for and with God! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Loving God, let nothing upset us today, let nothing startle us today. All things pass – You do not change. Patience wins all it seeks. Whoever has You lacks nothing – You alone are enough. Amen! (Adapted from a poem by St. Teresa of Avila)
Today’s Blessing Prayer: Monday greetings to everyone! I also hope your Monday is starting out well and is be the beginning of a productive day or another day to relax as the weekend is extended a day for many because of the holiday.
I would ask your continued prayers for the Synod on the Amazon taking place in Rome that God's Spirit of Wisdom will be upon all gathered. I hope your week ahead will not be too busy and if you are facing busyness, struggles, challenges or uncertainly please know that you are in my prayers. Following the theme of the Gospel today my prayer of blessing for us all is that we, in the midst of our busy life are open to the many experiences of God that will touch our life today! Loving God I ask your blessing upon us today that even though our lives are filled with many things, even though we are busy about many things, even though sometimes it is hard to know you are with us that you will gift us today with your grace to be aware of the many times, many ways and the many people that bring your presence to us. Help us to not miss the unexpected. Help us to be open to your mysterious ways. Bless us all as we live life today! Have a great Monday! Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: Lord Jesus, bind us to you and to our neighbor with love. May our hearts not be turned away from you. May our souls not be deceived, nor our talents or minds enticed by the things of the world, so that we never distance ourselves from your love. Thus, may we love our neighbor as ourselves with strength, wisdom and gentleness. With your help, you who are blessed throughout all ages. Amen (Adapted from a prayer by St. Anthony of Padua)
Today’s Blessing Prayer: Sunday greetings and blessings to all! I hope your Sunday has started off well.
Earlier today in Rome five new saints were canonized by Pope Francis, Cardinal John Henry Newman and four women, Sr. Dulce Lopes Pontes, Marguerite Bays, Sr. Josephine Vannini, Sr. Mariam Thresia Chiramel Mankidiyan. Let us call upon the spirit of all canonized today to be with us on our journey of faith. My prayer of blessing today is that will bless our Sunday journey with a spirit of peace, joy, laughter, friends, family, love, hope and faith. May we enjoy the gift of creation that God places before us today and my we be thankful for God’s blessings and grace by offering God a little of our time today. Have a blessed and holy Sunday everyone! Remember to give God a little time today. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer:
God has created me to do Him some definite service. He has committed some work to me which He has not committed to another. I have my mission. I may never know it in this life, but I shall be told it in the next. I am a link in a chain, a bond of connection between persons. He has not created me for naught. I shall do good; I shall do His work. I shall be an angel of peace, a preacher of truth in my own place, while not intending it if I do but keep His commandments. Therefore, I will trust Him, whatever I am, I can never be thrown away. If I am in sickness, my sickness may serve Him, in perplexity, my perplexity may serve Him. If I am in sorrow, my sorrow may serve Him. He does nothing in vain. He knows what He is about. He may take away my friends. He may throw me among strangers. He may make me feel desolate, make my spirits sink, hide my future from me. Still, He knows what He is about. (Prayer of St. John Newman) Today’s Blessing Prayer: Saturday greetings and blessings to all! I hope your Saturday is getting off to a good start.
I would ask that we continue to pray for the Synod on the Amazon taking place in Rome these days. May those involved be truly open to God’s Spirit to help our Church grow and be a source of life especially for the of the Amazon. May those involved hear the Word of God and live it! I thank you for all your prayers yesterday. We had a good taping day. Things went smoothly for the most part. It is always nice knowing that people hold our ministry in prayer. My prayer of blessing for all of us today is that God will bless all our endeavors, our encounters, our times of solitude, our moments of busyness and our times of rest today. May this day be what we need it to be. May it be a gift from God that enables us to find the present of God in our life, especially within ourselves. Have a great Saturday and don’t forget to give a little time to God this weekend. Peace in Christ’s Passion…Fr. Paul Today’s Prayer: O God, turn us into the arms, hands, legs and feet of your beloved Son, Jesus. You gave birth to us on the earth to become his living body. Make us worthy to be his arms, hands, legs and feet and so worthy to share in his eternal life. Amen (Adapted from a prayer by St. Hildegard of Bingen)
